Starting to call myself an artist
I have drawn since I remember, as all children art was part of my life for as long as I remember. My father was an artist and professor at the National School for Fine Arts (Udelar). Maybe it was searching for his approval that I ended getting myself in this path.
On 2012, 3 years after he died, I went to the National School for Fine Arts myself and took the Perception Phenomena seminar, that serves as the first year of that career. It was since then that I started to entertain the idea of being an artist. The beginning was timid, starting a separete social media for my artistic endevours, taking workshops and some commisions.
2018 ended brightly, with my first collaborative exposition in Casa Wang.
